This article demonstrates how the VippsMobilePay app works.
You’ll find the app in the right-hand sidebar when viewing a ticket.

Step 1:
Enter the customer’s phone number with the country code in front (e.g., 47). If the "requester" is already registered with a phone number, the field will be filled in automatically.
Step 2:
Click the Validate button below the phone number.
Step 3:
The customer receives a notification in Vipps on their phone and accepts the terms.
Step 4:
The verification is completed, and the agent is shown the customer’s information.
Here, the agent can also choose to copy the information into Zendesk by clicking the "Copy to Requester" button.
