How to register as merchant in Vipps?

This guide shows you how to register your company as a merchant with Vipps. This is necessary in order to use the VippsMobilePay app in Zendesk. To register your company, there are a few requirements.

Norway

Requirements

Norwegian business organization number
Norwegian bank account
Norwegian mobile number
A contact person with a Norwegian phone number and Norwegian national identity number must sign on behalf of the company
The application must be signed with Norwegian BankID
Companies registered in Norway use Norwegian Krone.

Denmark

Requirements

Danish CVR number
Danish bank account
Danish mobile number
A contact person with a Danish phone number and Danish national identity number must sign on behalf of the company
The application must be signed with Danish MitID
Companies registered in Denmark use Danish Krone.

Finland

Requirements

Finnish business organization number
Finnish bank account
Finnish mobile number
A contact person with a Finnish phone number and Finnish national identity number must sign on behalf of the company
The application must be signed with Finnish FTN
Companies registered in Finland use Euro.

Sweden

Krav

Swedish business organization number
Swedish bank account
Swedish mobile number
A contact person with a Swedish phone number and Swedish national identity number must sign on behalf of the company
The application must be signed with Swedish BankID
Companies registered in Sweden use Swedish Krone.

How to register?

Step 1:
- Go to portal.vipps.com
- Click Log in with BankID.

Step 2:
- Enter your national identity number
- Click Log in

Step 3:
- Choose country

Step 4:
- Choose login method

Step 5:
- Choose "No" on this page

Step 6:
- This solution is fully developed and easy to set up, so select "We have technical expertise"
